• What warranties do you offer?

We offer a 10-year warranty against leaks and defects in workmanship and a manufactures warranty of 25 years to life (50 years) on the material. If the work is done correctly, after the first rain or high wind, you will know your roof is correctly installed.

• Do you clean up the job site?

We keep your property tidy on a daily basis, and at the end of the job, we ensure there is no sign of the construction work that has just been completed. If we are tearing off your roof, debris is unavoidable. We make sure that all property is adequately protected.

• Do you have an office?

We have an office and warehouse open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Mon – Fri. We have an answering service available 24 hours a day to take messages for any emergency roof repairs when the office is closed.
